Video on Coffee Enema

Check out this great video on how to perform coffee enemas.

Benefits:

Fight cancer

Lose weight

Detox

Relieves constipation

Basically there are a series of three enemas;

1. Goat milk soap and filtered water and frankincense and myrrh essential oil for the prostate

2. Essential oil blend (Tea Tree oil, rosemary and lemon grass) and sea salt

3. Coffee enema with special enema coffee and Tangerine essential oil

3 Enema Series

Notes on the above video

Notes from the above video on how to do the 3 series cofee enema.

This enema series will detox your liver and increase your detoxification ability of your body. The liver will be able to work better and be able to keep on top of detoxing.

Performing this enema series will clean unhealthy bacteria and promote healthy bacteria. Unhealthy bacteria makes you crave unhealthy food.

Unhealthy bacteria causes leaky gut and other problems.

The purpose of the first enema is to clear out the colon from the Sigmoid areas all the way up to through the transverse and ascending: the entire colon.

Take the following enemas in a row on after the other.

What kind of liquid?

Distilled is best as it should be the purest. Definitely not tap water! This has all sorts of nasties including fluorine and chlorine which you definitely don't want in your liver.  The purest water that you can get; some people get good results with filtered water, but you should really boil it to try to evaporate the fluorine and chlorine out!

How much liquid?

Most people should be able to hold at least about half a litre (500ml, one pint). So that could be a good starting point. Some people try for 2 litres and if they can't hold all of it accept that they will have wasted some enema solution. Your body will tell you what you can do.

You might be surprised how much the colon can actually take in. Colon size does vary; an adult colon can hold between 3L and 6L of water. The average is about 4L.

When performing an enema it is rare for most individuals to hold more than 3L, (unless they are on a cleansing or fasting regime) because there is usually a fair amount of faecal matter built up in the colon.

If new to enemas it is recommended to start with a smaller amount of enema liquid and work your way up. You probably won't be able to hold much before needing to excavate your bowels anyway.

Always apply common sense and caution. If it hurts; stop!

How far in does the nozzle go?

The tip of the nozzle should go past your internal anal sphincter. About three inches is a good depth. Unclamp the tube and relax as the solution flows in. If the solution is not flowing, it is probably because the opening of the nozzle is blocked by the walls of the intestine. Pull the nozzle out of your anus just a little and the solution will begin to flow.

FAST the day before your enema.

You want to be as empty as possible, so try to eat as little as possible the day before. Perform the enemas before eating which will be in the morning for most people.

If you have been fasting for a few days before your enema, you will be able to hold more solution. This is because there is no new waste entering the colon. If you are administering a series of enemas, you will find you can retain more solution each time as the colon gets cleaner.

Fast on only fruits the day before you plan to do your enema. You can fast even longer if you wish, but fasting on fruits for even one day will ensure the stomach and small intestine are empty before you do your enema. This will make your enema more efficient and decrease the chance of nausea. It is not that common, but some people may experience nausea if they take an enema while there is food in the digestive system.

If you are unable to do a complete fruit fast the day before, then at least try to ingest only foods which are easily digestible. Stay away from flour products, meat, fish, eggs, cheese, potatoes, bananas, beans, and legumes.

ENEMA 1

Clean the colon with goat milk soap and filtered water. Also for men to aid the prostrate add 3 to 10 drops of frankincense and myrrh essential oil either already in the soap or added into the mixture.

Warm the water to body temperature (37 c), and scrape some goats milk soap into the water and dissolve. Then add the essential oils if desired.

The purpose of this enema is to clean the colon to allow the next two enemas to get nutrients into the colon and liver.

ENEMA 2

Also cleans the colon and adds essential oils. Tea Tree oil (Melaleuca) , rosemary and lemon grass. These essential oils should decrease the unhealthy bacteria and increase the healthy bacteria. Also add sea salts or Himalayan salt to balance the electrolytes.

Mix 3 to 10 drops of the oils and one teaspoon of the salt per litre together so that the oils do not sit on top of the liquid in the bag.

To get the salt to completely dissolve it might be best to dissolve the salt in a small amount to hot water then add that to the mix.

ENEMA 3

Coffee enema.

3 table spoons of coffee per litres.

Choose a made for enema coffee that is high in palmitate and caffeine. Tangerine essential oil added to the coffee enema solution enhances the absorption of the coffee through the colon and into the circulatory system, assists the liver to process the coffee more efficiently and will balance the strong purgative effects of the coffee with its regenerative healing properties. Tangerine oil also helps the body to produce glutathione, which aids in detoxification of the liver. Tangerine oil is a fabulous decongestant for the lymph system and one of the strongest anti-tumour oils.

Add 3-10 drops of tangerine oil to your coffee solution.

Hold the liquid in for about 12 to 15 minutes.

Frequency:

You can do these enemas once a day, week, month. It depends on your lifestyle. If you want to know scientifically how often, you need to send a hair and or stool sample in for analysis.

People on the Gerson Therapy have to do coffee enemas 5 times a day.

A properly performed coffee enema greatly facilitates the release of toxins by:

  • stimulating the liver, a main organ of detoxification, to produce more bile. Bile is a bodily fluid that has a role in fat digestion and into which many toxins, both internally and externally generated, are dissolved for removal from the body out through the gall bladder, small intestine, and colon.
  • causing the muscles of the bile duct to relax, opening the duct widely to produce a large flow of bile from the gall bladder into the small intestine (where you should have a binding agent present — chlorophyll — to tightly bind the toxins to prevent reabsorption). This allows the liver to rid itself of many toxins quickly, freeing it to process more blood-transported toxins from throughout the body. A systemic detoxification effect and greater overall well-being results. All the blood in your body passes through the liver about every three minutes.
  • dilating blood vessels via effects of the coffee's theophylline and theobromine, further increasing blood flow to the liver.
  • increasing glutathione s-transferase (GST) production, a key detoxification enzyme, by 600 to 700%, via action of coffee's palmitic acid. GST shuttles toxins for binding with glutathione, which neutralises them and carries them out of the body in the bile.
  • speeding transit of waste through the colon

Potential down side and problems with enemas;

If the equipment is not completely sterile you could get an infection.

When you flush out bad bacteria you might flush out good infection fighting bacteria too.

Flushing out excess sodium (salt) is good but if done too much you will be deficient in an important electrolyte and you may flush out potassium too. These chemicals carry electrical signals across cells, and an imbalance can lead to a loss of consciousness as well as kidney damage.

You may also get headaches from the coffee. If so use less coffee. As with a lot of things in life use common sense!f

How to clean your enema equipment

The easy way to clean your gea

Summary of above video how to clean your equipment

Detail your services

1. 2 cups of very hot water water into vessel.

2. 5 mili litres of 3% hydrogen peroxide into the water in the vessel.

3. Let the mixture flow through the tube and allow a small amount out to make sure that it has gone all the way through.

4. Let sit for about 5 to 10 minutes.

5. Let all of the liquid flow through until empty.

6. Dry vessel with a paper towel.

7. Remove the nozzle and hang the tube to dry but not in direct sunlight which will deteriorate the tube.

8. To clean the nozzle: put nozzle in a bowl that is just big enough for the nozzle to lie on the bottom. Pour nearly boiling water onto the nozzle to cover it completely. Pour a capful of 3% hydrogen peroxide into the bowl and swirl to mix. Add Natural soap to the mix. Alternatively you can wash first with natural soap the add the 3% hydrogen peroxide.
