I came across Irritable Bowel syndrome (IBS) whilst researching Cancer.
IBS is the name given to a spectrum of digestive misery that includes abdominal pain, bloating, constipation and diarrhoea. This is difficult to diagnose.
It does not have a single recognised cause. IBS might result from stress, food intolerance, infection or antibiotics for another complaint. It might be disrupted gut bacteria, increased intestinal permeability or Leaky Gut Syndrome.
The conventional treatment involves drugs, such as laxatives, anti-diarrhoea medicines and antipasmodics, even antidepressants.
A UK leading nutritionist Dr. Marilyn Glenville has designed IB Support.

I have had Chlorine poisoning from my local swimming pool so I use peppermint, marshmallow and slippery elm for a protective coating to soothe my inflammations in my throat and vocals and gut.
Reading Gerson therapy I found that I should never ever go back to swimming in Chlorinated waters and this includes the Sea. I now have Asthma.
I have recently learnt that many other swimmers have left the swimming pool because they have had my experiece.
